I have the honor to transmit to you, for communication to your Government, the enclosed Order of Her Majesty in Council, assenting to the Act passed by the Legislature of New Zealand, and reserved by you for the signification of Her Majesty's pleasure, intituled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Chinese."
