We the undersigned vendors (or successors of vendors) of the Wharekaka and Puhangina Blocks at Wairarapa, as per deed of cession to the Queen dated 4th January, 1854, do hereby acknowledge to tiave received from Charles Heaphy, Esq., V.C, Commissioner of Native Reserves, this day, at Greytown, the sum of three hundred and eleven pounds twelve shillings and threepence (£311 12s. 3d.), being full payment to 30th September, 1873, for the "Koha," or "Five per cent."
