Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all matters relating to public health, infectious diseases, contagious diseases, hospitals, and to local authorities having charge of these matters, and to other matters affecting public health which may be referred to it: the Committee to eonsisl of Mr. (linkard, Mr. Healy, Mr. Kyle, Mr. Munro, Mr. Parry, Mr. Richards, Mr. Stallworthy, Mr. Stuart, Mr. Sykes, and the mover." —(Hon. Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Public Health Committee desires to record its appreciation of the ability and courtesy displayed by the Chairman, Mr. G. R. Sykes, in the discharge of his duties during the session ; and, further, desires that this resolution shall be recorded in the minutes of the Commit tee and be reported to the House. W. E. Parry, 20th December, 1933. Member of the Committee.
Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Pulilir Health Committee, consisting of ten members, has during the session held three meetings, with an average attendance at each meeting of five members. Three petitions were considered and reported upon. 20th December, 1933. G. R. Sykes, Chairman.
