The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with amendments as shown on a copy of the Bill attached. 10th September, 1925.
Apprentices Amendment Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed without amendment. 16th September, 1925.
Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been considered, and the Committee recommends that, because of the advanced period of the present session, the same be not allowed to proceed until next session. 29th September, 1925.
Harbours Amendment Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, lias the honour to report that the said Bill has been considered, and the Committee recommends that, because of the advanced period of the present session, the same be not allowed to proceed until next session. 29th September, 1925.
Workers' Compensation Amendment Bill. The Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been considered, and the Committee recommends that, because of the advanced period of the present session, the same be not allowed to proceed until next session. 29th September, 1925.
Special Report. I have the honour to report that the members of the Labour Bills Committee desire to record their cordial appreciation of the assiduous and urbane manner in which the Clerk of the Committee, Mr. George C. C. Black, has during the session performed his office. The Committee further desire that this resolution be communicated to Mr. Black by the Chairman, and that the same be reported to the House. 29th September, 1925.
Special Report. I have the honour to report that the members of the Labour Bills Committee desire to place on record their cordial appreciation of the ability, tact, and unfailing courtesy manifested during the session by its Chairman, Sir John P. Luke, Kt., C.M.G., on the conduct of the business of the Committee ; and the members of the Committee further desire that this resolution be reported to the House. E. J. Howard, 30th September, 1925. Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee, consisting of ten members, has during the session held seven meetings, with an average attendance at each meeting of six members. Six Bills were referred to the Committee, and the same have been reported upon to the House. 29th September, 1925.
