INAUGURATION OF COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA AND OPENING OF FEDERAL PARLIAMENT (COST OF REPRESENTATION OF NEW ZEALAND AT THE).

Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The cost incurred by the New Zealand Government in connection with the representation of this colony at the inauguration of the Commonwealth in Sydney; and (2) the cost incurred by the New Zealand Government in connection with the representation of the colony at the opening of the Federal Parliament in Melbourne."—(Mr. McGuire.)
