SURRENDERS BY CROWN LESSEES, AND AREA OF LAND CONVERTED INTO FREEHOLD BY SUCH SURRENDERS FOR FIVE YEARS.
Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 30th October, 1901. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing (1) the number of surrenders by Crown lessees, and (2) the total area of Crown lands converted into freehold by such surrenders, for a period of five years ended the 31st March, 1901."—(Mr. O'Meaea.)
