KAURI FORESTS (RETURN RELATIVE TO MONEYS RECEIVED FROM SALES OF).
Beturn to an Order of the House of Eepresen'tatives dated the 15th Angust, 1902. Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) All moneys received by the Government from the sale of kauri forest in the North (each bush or parcel to be given separately) from the 31st March, 1892, to the 31st March, 1902 ; (2) what accounts are credited with the proceeds, and the sum placed to the credit of each account; and (3) the moneys spent on roads in the kauri-growing districts during the above-mentioned period."— (Mr. Monk.)
