I have the honor, by direction of Mr. Dick, to request you to cause Mr. Edward Ffrancia Ward (late Registrar of the Supreme Court at Dunedin) to furnish immediately a true account of his administration of the estate of the late James Scholfield Douglas, of which he was appointed Trustee by order of Mr. Justice Chapman in September, 1873.
