(Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, of Btk June, 1869.) That there be laid on the Table of this House—" A Eeturn of the Total Liability of the Colony, as well as of the several Provinces, on account of existing Loans (Consolidated or otherwise), at the close of the current Financial Tear, together with the Annual Charge, as nearly as may be practicable." {Mr. Jollie.)
