TE AWAMUTU SALE Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report having held their sale at Te Awamutu where a full yarding of quality beef came forward and a large yarding of fat lambs and wethers. Pigs were penned in small numbers. The usual quality cattle of Mr G. 0. Bayly came forward and his prime P.A. bullocks made up to £l7. Mr S. Smith’s S.H. bullocks made up to £ls 11s and Mr A. Kay’s smaller prime P.A. bullocks made up to £l4 7s tld. In the dairy section calved dairy cows on account of Mr E. H. Cucksey made up to £2l. Dairies: Quality Jersey heiferß £l2 to £l4, backward £8 10s to £ll 10s, calved cows £l7 to £2l.
