Mr R. P. Hazard has relinquished his position as clerk to the Taupiri Drainage Board, his resignation to take effect at April 30. His duties will be undertaken by Mr R. Braithwaite.

The Rev. E. P. Aderman, M.P. for New Plymouth, will arrive in Hamilton tomorrow morning and will address a meeting of members of tha National Party in Hamilton tomorrow night. Next week he will address meetings in Thames and Taumarunui, and also one in the Raglan electorate.
