OBITUARY

MRS A. M. MURTAGH

The death has occurred at Leamington of Mrs Ann Myran Murtagh, wife of the late Mr Gerald Joseph Murtagh, aged 84 years. Mrs Murtagh was bom at Clevedon and was married at Onehunga in 1884. The family came to Cambridge about nine years ago and for the past five years has resided at Leamington. Mrs Murtagh was one of the oldest settlers of the Clevedon district. She is survived by four sons and two daughters, Messrs Gerald Murtagh (Leamington), Joseph Murtagh (Auckland), Samuel Murtagh (Waikato), Peter Murtagh (Waihou), Mesdames Piggott (Papakura) and Watson (Taipuha). There are 34 grandchildren and eight great-grand-children.
