HAMILTON GOLF CLUB
F. BEEHAN WINS CHAMPIONSHIP In the finals of the Hamilton Golf Club championship at St. Andrews during the week-end, F. J. Beehan beat T. Taylor, one up, over 36 holes, very even throughout the match. In the intermediate championship, W. L. Chitty beat W. J. King by a good margin, the winner playing outstanding golf and having a round of 77 to his credit in the morning. The junior championship was won by G. Williden, who beat L. L. Cubis, 4 and 3, after a fairly even match in which they were all square in the first round. In the first round of the St. Andrews Rose Bowl for the best aggregate of two bogey rounds the following were the best cards handed in.— W. L. Chitty, all square; T. George, H. G. Loveridge, F. W.
