CLAIM FOR POSSESSION
APPLICATION ADJOURNED The reserved judgment of Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., in a claim for possession in which the plaintiff was Andrew George Anderson, an airman stationed in the South Island, and defendent was William Barlow, a freezing works employee, of Hamilton, was given in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, yesterday. Plaintiff, who w'as represented fry Mr E. F. Clay tonGreene, desired a house property in Higgins Road, Frankton, for his wife and family and contended that Barlow as tenant had failed to take reasonable care of the property, thereby committing waste. Mr R. J. Powell appeared for Barlow. Mr Freeman said that the grounds of failure to take reasonable care he dismissed entirely. He weighed the grounds of undue hardship on the two sides and was unable to come to a decision. He was unable to make an order and the case would be adpourned sine die, to be called at any time at three days’ notice.
