BEEF PRICES IMPROVE

A steady demand existed round the veal pens, with finished sorts selling freely. Pigs: a large yarding of fat pigs and a medium entry of store and weaner pigs was penned. Competition for baconers add buttermilk pig.> was very keep, the market remaining very firm throughout. The demand for store and weaner pigs was not as keen as other sales, prices casing slightly quotations: ?heep.
