NOMINATIONS CLOSING
FINAL DAY TO-MORROW The nomination of candidates who intend to contest the general election on September 25 will close with returning officers throughout New Zealand at noon tomorrow. A candidate must lodge a deposit of £lO with the returning officer, and if at the poll he receives less than 25 per cent of the number of votes received by the successful candidate for his electorate the deposit is forfeited.
