BIG CANADIAN PROJECT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Dec. 14, noon) OTTAWA, Dec. 13 Mr C. D. Howe has revealed the beginning of a Canadian project larger than the famous Boulder Dam. The project, which is somewhere in the western wilderness, he said, will be completed within 2£ years by 10,140 men, whereas Boulder Dam, on which the peak of employment was 5250 men, took five years. The installed capacity of Boulder Dam was 975,000 horse-power, whereas the Canadian project will provide 1,020,000 horse-power.
