GERMAN IMPRISONED
(United Press Assn.— Eire Tev Copyright) (Received April 20. 1 p.m.) LONDON. April 19 ' A German pilot, named Wegner, 1 who is stated to have been responsible for bombing Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, has been imprisoned by the Russians, according to a Kuibyshev message.
