GOERING'S FORMER BOAST (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. rnnyrixntl MEXICO CITY, Feb. 14 Mr George Messersmith, the new United States Ambassador to Mexico, formerly Consul-General in Berlin, related to the press a conversation with Goering in 1934, in which Goering, with truly German modesty, said: “ Our only concern is that all America south of the Rio Grande will be ours.” Mr Messersmith stated that Goering spoke in this manner during a discussion on the Monroe Doctrine.
