FULL UNDERSTANDING
CHIANG KAI-SHEK IN INDIA (Official Wirt.ess) (Received Feb. 13, 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 12 It is now considered unlikely that General Chiang Kai-shek will go to Allahabad to meet Mahatma Gandhi, states an agency correspondent at New Delhi. He is expected to return direct to China, possibly before the week-end. The general has had full and frank talks with various service chiefs and it is understood perfect understanding has been reached for collaboration in defence, adds the correspondent.
