Copyright) 1 BATAVIA, May 13 To create a new army and navy reserve air corps, the Netherland East Indies is offering free initial flying tuition to men from 17 to 27 years of age. The arrangement is to make available 100 army and 40 naval pupile pilots every six mouths.
