As the first step women who are unoccupied or unemployed will be asked to attend at the local offices of the Ministry of Labour for interview. Other women will be summoned in due course, although various exceptions have been made. These include mothers with young children, voluntary workers on A.R.P. and civil defence, and those already doing work of national importance. The interviews will in all cases be conducted by women officers
