Copyright) LONDON, May 7 A Netherlands “testament of freedom” was handed to every Dutch citizen in Britain and in other parts of the world today. The testament pledges all who receive it never to forget what the Netherlands have suffered, and seeks promises that they will strive with those who are lighting for peace and freedom in the world. A tribute is paid to Queen Wilhelmina.
