TE AWAMUTU SHOW
COMPARISON OF ENTRIES FIXTURE FOR TOMORROW Entries in the horse classes for the Te Awamutu Agricultural and Pastoral and Horticultural Show, which will be held tomorrow, total 410. The hack and jumping classes are particularly good. The pony events are well filled, there being a strong entry of 18 in the pony hunter class. In the whole division the entries are over 100 in excess of last year. There are just over 200 entries in the cattle classes, the particular attractions being in the Jersey and Calf Club sections. Entries for Shorthorn and Ayrshire classes are satisfactory. There is a slight decrease on last year, transport and labour difficulties being the reason. The sheep section drew 67 entries, with good competition. Pig entries show a smaller number than last year, there being 85 entries. The fat pig classes have drawn good entries.
