FRENCH SHIPS
IN AMERICAN PORTS UTILISATION APPROVED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 6, 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 5 The Journal of Commerce’s Washington correspondent says that the British have approved of the utilisation ol' thirteen French ships, totalling thirty-nine thousand tons, which are tied up in American ports, on normal trade routes under restrictions designed to prevent their aiding the Axis Powers.
