ELEVATION TO PEERAGE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 5 After their elevation to the peerage in the New Year Honours, Sir Frank Merriman, president of the Probate Division of the High Court, Sir Robert Ki'ndersley, president of the National Savings Committee, and Field-Marshal Sir Edmund Ironside, have taken the respective titles of Baron Merriman of Knutsford, Baron Kindersley of West oathly and Baron Ironside of Archangel.
