Copyright) (Received Dec. 24, 3.15 p.m.) CANBERRA, Dec. 24 Several delegates to the Pacific Islands Conference on copra problems, which began at the .week-end, expressed the opinion that the copra trade was largely a local problem for each territory, but that collaboration between areas, was needed, as well as the sympathetic co-operation of the trading interests. A private dinner was given to the delegates yesterday, at which the Federal Minister of Territories Mr Collins, presided.
