Keating, a former member of the Tasmanian Senate, and one of the last survivors of the original Commonwealth Parliament. He was aged 68. MR J. E. DE KOK (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 30 The death has occurred of the president of the Royal Dutch Petroleum Company, Mr J. E. F. de Kok. Mr John Egbert Frederik de Kok was born in Holland in 1882 and joined the Royal Dutch Petroleum Company as a chemical engineer in 1908. He became head of this concern in 1937 and was also prominently associated with other branches of the oil industry.
