GAMING CHARGE

ARREST IN HAMILTON A charge of using premises in Garden Place as a common gaming house was preferred against Steven Dominikovich when he appeared before Mr G. K. Sinclair, J.P. in the Hamilton Police Court to-day. He was arrested this morning by Detective-Sergeant J. Thompson and Detective J. Hayes. On the application of DetectiveSergeant Thompson accused was remanded until next Thursday, bail being allowed at £IOO on his own recognisance and one surety of £IOO.
