SAVOURY POTATO PUDDING Take l£lb of boiled or steamed potatoes and mash them thoroughly with a good seasoning of salt and pepper or put them through a sieve. Grease a piedish or casserole and put in a layer of mashed potato, open a tin of tomato soup and sprinkle a little on the potato, then a little grated cheese —repeat the layers until all the potato is used. Then pour over it £ pint of milk and leave for half-an-hour., Put £oz of butter in small pieces on the top layer and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes. Turn out and pour over the remainder of the tomato soup made hot.
