NEW BWIMMING BATH IMPROVEMENTS TO GROUNDS (Special to Times) TE AWAMUTU, Friday. Mr L. S. Armstrong presided at the monthly meeting or the Te Awamutu Primary School Committee and there weTe also present Messrs H. Ward, L. W. Spence, G. M. Wall, J. Waters, J. Fleming. A. B. White, J. E. Short and the secretary, Mr J. G. Wynyard. Leave of absence was granted Mr E. Menary. A welcome was extended to the new headmaster, Mr N. F. Rigsby. The secretary reported that the Board or Education had advised that the main brick building had been placed on tne list for repairs to be next carried out. The board bad also decided to make a grant of £SO Tor grounds Improvement. (Mr Short reported that the grounds were in splendid order-, the lawns and gari dens being particularly pleasing.
