ANNUAL MEETING

MISSIONARY AUXILIARY The annual meeting of the St. Paul’s Women’s Missionary Auxiliary was held in the church parlour on August 22, when twenty-six members were present. The Rev. R. B. Tinsley presided and opened the meeting with a hymn, a prayer and a Biblical reading. The election of officers resulted as follows: —President, Mrs R. B. Tinsley; secretary, Mrs Baty; treasurer, Mrs Petch; pianist, Mrs Robson; Kurahuna secretary, Mrs Peace; Birthday League, {Mrs Cague; stamp committee, Mrs Fulton and Mrs Clark; convener of Outlook Committee, Mrs S. Treloar; afternoon convener, Mrs Eastwood; room convener, Mrs Bradley; reporter. Miss Thomas. Presentations of bouquets were made to Mrs Tinsley and Mrs Baty, and to the retiring treasurer, Mrs Burgess in appreciation of their services. Following afternoon tea, the usual period of prayer was observed, and the president's quarterly letter was read. The meeting was closed with the benediction.
