Copyright) (Received July 17. 3.15 p.m.) TOKIO, July 16 The Nichi Nichi Shimbun anticipates a Japanese alliance with Germany and Italy, in a reorientation of Japan’s foreign policy, for the purpose of disposing of the China incident and stabilising East Asia, and a policy of freedom from dependance on Britain and the United States.
