NO DISTURBANCE OF PEACE 400 FRENCH PLANES HELD (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. copyright) (Received July 17, 3.15 p.m.) BEIRUT, July 16 The spokesman of the Syrian Goverment says French planes in Syria and Lebanon will remain there. There is no chance of their passing into Italian or German hands. The French are determined to adopt stringent measures against the disturbance of peace, internally or externally. French planes in Syria are unofficially estimated to number 400.
