ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTROL FRENCH INDO-CHINA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrig-ht) (Received July 5. 3.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 4 The Hongkong correspondent of the American Press says the Japanese have established control stations at five key points on the highways and railways connecting French Indochina and China. The last French fort flying the tricolour near the Swiss frontier fell on July 3.
