Copyright) (Received July 5, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, July 4 It was reported today that an Italian delegation arrived in French Somaliland to demilitarise the areas stipulated in the peace terms, but the French Military Governor advised them that the territory would not surrender and he ordered them to leave in the shortest time possible.
