QUESTION OF LEAVE (By Telegrapn.—rress Association) WELLINGTON, FiSday When leave of absence was asked in the House of Representatives today for Lieutenant A. G. Hultquist (Government —Bay of Plenty) who is serving with the Forces, the Rt. lion. J. G. Coates (Opposition—Kaipara) suggested that members with the r orces should be granted leave without the necessity for repeated requests in the House. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, said the suggestion was a good one, and the Speaker, the Hon. W. G. Barnard, was asked to investigate the position with a view to future action in this direction.
