Pangboume, has offered his services to Canada. A prominent airman engaged in commercial aviation in the United States Pangbourne came into world prominence when he flew with Colonel Roscoe Turner in the England- Australia Air Race of October, 1934. The pair were co-pilots of the Boeing transport, the largest plane in the race, and they finished second in the race.
