WOMEN TEACHERS’ ASSN. On Friday evening members and friends of the Waikato branch of the New Zealand Women Teachers’ Association met at the home of Mrs T. J. Shaw, Willoughby Street, Whitiora. Three amusing competitions were won by Misses Alpin, Bray and Archibald and the guests then took part in a game of Hop Ching. after which a most enjoyable supper was served. hose present were: Mesdames T. J. Shaw, M. V. Hill (president), Jones, Bray, Matthews, A. Shaw, Misses K. Mitchell, Drake, Shepherd, K. Shaw, Mac Lean, Clarke, Cooke, Atkins. Edmonds. Ingles, Maungakahia, Clover. Archibald, Cooke, Tierney, Corne, and Betson.
