INCREASE IN BRITAIN RECORD HIGH LEVEL (United Press Assn.—Or. T%l. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 16 A rise in the price of meat is chiefly responsible for the 2£ per cent increase in food prices in January. The general cost of living rose three points, a record high level.
