WARNING TO NEUTRALS MUST NOT HUMOUR NAZIS (Omcial Wireless) (Received Feb. 19, 1 p.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 18 The Sunday Dispatch, in an editorial, says: “If a Government cannot keep its waters neutral, if it affords shelter to enemy ships of war, Britain must and will act in defence of her own rights.
“It is a stern, vigorous and necessary decision. Neutrals must no longer humour or placate the Nazis at our expense.
