SPIES ARRESTED
ACTIVITY IN SWITZERLAND NORWEGIAN SHOOTS HIMSELF (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Nov. 3, 3.25 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2 The Berne correspondent of the Times states that more than fifty spies have been arrested in Switzerland, mostly working against foreign Powers. The police possess 25,000 records of potential suspects living in Switzerland. The Oslo correspondent of the American Press states that a young Norwegian was arrested at Finmark charged with espionage. He confessed and then shot himself. *
