The German trade delegation will return to Berlin to-day. It is believed to have encountered difficulties in placing certain orders with the Soviet. * * * * A Berlin official wireless message announced that Germany is obliged to restrict the free communication of news between Germany and neutral countries because enemy espionage exploited unrestricted facilities. It is reported from Berlin that the Province of West Prussia, which was handed over by East Prussia, will become part of the Danzig district. The Times Baghdad correspondent states the Regent in the speech from the Throne said that Iraq entirely approves of the British-French-Turkish pact which enabled the Middle East to regard the future with confidence. The Arab countries were wise in taking a stand for liberty and independence of nations. He hoped the action would help them to realise their own nationalist aspirations.
