BAG SLIT OPEN £3OO FOR PENSIONS TAKEN LOSS FROM SOUTHBOUND TRAIN (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DUNEDIN, Friday When the mail bags for Clinton were being taken from the south express van last night It was noticed that one had been slit. On examination It was discovered that remittances for the payment of pensions at Clinton had been abstracted, the amount Involved being £3OO.
