Copyright) CANBERRA, August 23 Nearly 4000 European refugees have already entered Australia under the special plan formulated last year for admitting 15,000 within three years. German refugees, including Austrians, totalled 3224, and Czechs 464. Italian migrants are also arriving in Australia at a rate of 50 a month.
