PAPAROA HOSPITAL TO REGISTER (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DARiGAVILLE, Friday Adopting a recommendation by the Inspector-General of Hospitals, Dr. Paget, the Kaipara Hospital Board at its monthly meeting decided that the Papuroa institution will in future be registered as a maternity hospital; also that only a two-bed ward will be available for other emergency cases, and all other cases will he sent to the board's Te Kopuru institution. The board also oigreed to the suggestion that one ward should be retained for Maori mothers separate from European mothers.
