“Winter Carnival"

Richard Carlson, who made an impressive screen debut as Janet uaynor's dour fiancee in “The Young in Heart, is duplicating a real life experience in playing a young college professor in Walter Wauger’6 “Winter Carnival,” starring Ann -Sheridan. Carlson became an English teacher at the University of Minnesota after winning a scholarship and his diploma at that school. The scholarship money was invested in a theatre which failed.
