WARNING TO RUMANIA SAFEGUARDING THE MINORITIES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BUDAPEST, June 13 The Hungarian Foreign Minister, Count Stephen Gzaky, addressing the Government Party, warned Rumania that Hungary would adopt a different policy to safeguard her minorities if the present diplomatic efforts proved unsuccessful. He described Rumania’s refusal to comply With Hungary's demands as unintelligible and regrettable.
