WARM TRIBUTE BY MINISTER GREAT SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELL IN GTON, Wednesday A tribute to the high personal qualities and scientiiro attainments of the late Dr. Kidson and his valuable services to the Government was made to-day by the lion. D. G. Sullivan. “He was in the front rank of world meteorologists,” said the Minister,
“and it was through his outstanding scientific knowledge and administrative ability that the meteorological services in New Zealand had been brought to so high a standard.”
