SPORTS ON SATURDAY
TIMES EIGHT O’CLOCK EDITION Results of events on the opening day of the Auckland Racing Club’s mid-summer meeting, of the second day of the Pahlatua race meeting, and of trotting at Forbury Park, Dunedin, and at Nelson, will appear in the Eight o’clock Edition of the Waikato Times to-morrow evening. The edition will also contain results of the matinee trotting meeting at Claudelands, of the first day’s play In the Hawke Cup cricket match, Waikato v. Hawke’s Bay, at Hamilton, and of the finals in the Auckland tennis championships in Auckland, in addition to the latest general news.
